DESCRIPTION:Join us as we honor the Benson family and dedicate the county’s first barn quilt on a covered bridge! \nThe short dedication ceremony is 2 p.m. Sunday\, Oct. 12\, at the bridge. Mr. Robert Benson will be honored for his years of service to the bridge and community. Mr. Benson and his wife\, Helen\, donated the land for the metropark and thus saved the Graham Road bridge\, which his grandfather helped build. \nBob Benson and his family selected the pattern for the barn quilt\, called “Benson’s Bridge.”\n
